A pre-hockey bike ride, also the first ride of the season, so not that intensive.

It is always interesting to see what new construction has occurred since the fall, and there is a lot of neat construction in Arvada by the Walmart, including a scenic rest stop that is just east of the Walmart when going up the hill on the new trail by the gardens. I had no idea this existed! Then there were the usual soccer fields and parks on the way home, a nice way to wind up the ride.
